Last week, i went to the 3rd installment of Comic Fiesta (I guess because the first one was year 2002). I got a mix reaction from the con. First, aku paksa diri aku untuk pergi sebab since aku ada a few days left before the rise of new year. And I think it's the right time to meet my old comic friends, Mustaqim + Kamal 'tang lung' Masrun. Where else you can have a nice gathering w/ comic fellow other than Comic Fiesta ? Tang Lung sebenarnya ada berita tentang perkembangan terbarunya selepas dia habiskan semester terakhir di UiTM Machang. Kemungkinan dia akan turn out sebagai Disney muralist. Dan dia ajak aku sekali,... Sebenarnya aku still consider tentang benda ni since aku still ada komitmen on a few thing kat tempat sendiri. Rasanya berat juga. Apa-apapun, we had a good laugh masa comic con. Tang Lung baru saja menyempitkan ruang Gundam-nya di rumah selepas dia menang figure Samurai X masa drawing competition kat sana (selepas aku paksa bertubi-tubi mintak dia join drawing competition tu, kes aku tak nak boring menconteng sorang2. You owe me one, Tang Lung , heh!) Yeah, I met a few comic buddies from Pergh.com as well as old online mates like Muid Latif (he came w/ fellow Digitalmalaya, Shieko, Perez), Zid, Adijin, to name a few. Also art-tech who I just knew from the online forum 'comic con talks'. Thanks again to guys at Pergh.com yang bawak aku + Tang Lung gi makan kat Kampung Baru lepas menahan seksa menunggu masa sesuai selepas habis licin kuih di cafe National Art Gallery selesai drawing competition kami. Well, they feel the same too. Chee for mentioning me as the guy who lugging around w/ portfolio (nah, it's not a portfolio, it's my dust jacket). Well, see you guys around next year. happy New Year 2005.
